Stacy has been my nutritionist for more than a year and I am feeling better than ever. She provides guidance, nutrition information based in science, and accountability. Stacy came highly recommended by my personal trainer and I must say she simply is amazing!  Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition, she is also wonderful to work with. You feel like you are talking to a friend who wants nothing but to help you reach your goals. She checks in with you, offers advice and shares her wealth of knowledge on a regular basis. I think I have tried just about everything out there to shed my unwanted pounds, including hypnosis. However, none of these “diets” were sustainable and the weight eventually came back plus more. I felt so much better just after a week! I’m never hungry and all my cravings are gone. I can see myself eating this way forever.
